Well, now I know--I can leave the nasty MSG out (that stuff has seriously bad side effects for many people) and make me some good fried chicken! I wouldn't mind getting a bucket of KFC now and then, except the MSG makes me wheeze and have stomach problems better neither imagined nor described.
