Overly optimistic

"When I live in the past, I live in regret. When I live in the future, I live in fear. When I stay in the NOW, everything's always okay."

This was the status for one of my Facebook friends. I didn't want to be a smart ass so I didn't say this there, but this is not a realistic statement. Sorry to be a huge cynic, but what if your house just blew up and your entire family was killed. Seems to me that this is SO far from okay. Just sayin'.
